Print Materials

Most all businesses need some basic print materials. For many businesses, starting with some standard-sized items is the least expensive route. But print materials communicate a lot about your business, so make sure they're done right.

Business Cards

Creating business cards requires design and printing. Once you have a logo, you can either design them yourself with desktop software or hire a professional designer. For printing, you could use your desktop printer, but it's not recommended, because it makes you look unprofessional. Digital printing is fairly inexpensive, and there are many online printers you can use. Offset printing is the most expensive, unless you're doing a large quantity, but it offers the widest range of design and paper options.

If you need help with any of these aspects, from planning through production and printing, we can advise you. See our advisory services for pricing.

Brochures

A simple, tri-fold brochure is recommended to support sales calls and mailings. It may also be created as a digital document (PDF) for email correspondence and website downloads.

Fliers/Sales Sheets

Especially important for sales support, these are basically 8 1/2" x 11" documents. They may also be created as digital documents (PDF) for email correspondence and website downloads. Once again, content development and pricing will depend on how much you choose to do yourself.

Sales or Funding Presentations

Professional sales presentations can help you to reinforce key points, whether they're delivered in person or on the Web.

Production

Whatever materials are needed, content development, production, printing and pricing will depend on how much you choose to do yourself and the quantity you need. We can provide the following:

  • Concept development
  • Design: concept, layout, colors, fonts
  • Copywriting
  • Copyediting
  • Images: sourcing and preparation
  • Printing or e-file preparation
